SEMI-PRIVATE SESSIONS
Our semi-private sessions are formatted like an open gym from the hours of 5 AM - 2 PM.
6 people will be allowed in the gym at a single time. You will be able to do your own workout OR one of our suggested workouts of the day. A trainer will be circulating around the gym to help when needed.
